Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets, went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 4:15 (it was raining), finally fell back asleep, waking/getting up at 7am. There’s still a little mist in the air.
Teresa informed me she’ll be taking her mother to the bank
today so I’ll be on my own for lunch.
I left the apt at 8:45 and found Smartfit much busier
than usual. I had to change the order of my routine multiple times but still
finished everything. I had a latte in Ganso y Castor until just before
11am when I returned to the apt.
Teresa talked to her mother and she wants to go later so
we’ll be having lunch here.
I found my new blood & urine test results on the Cedimed
website. A few are outside the range so we’ll see what the doctor says. I tried
attaching them to a Whatsapp text but not sure if Doks Medical Coworking
accepted it so we’ll see.
I was on the recliner when the pigeons first entered our apartment:
A few minutes later they entered again and were even bolder:
I guess their training worked because a few minutes later
Teresa fed them:
I warned her they’ll just come back for more food.
Teresa wanted me to go to the cultural center with her but I
told her I’d just be bored there. Her new plan is…
We left the apt at 2:30 by Didi, picked up her mother and
had our Didi driver drop us off at Santafe mall. (On the way I thought the
driver was talking to Teresa sitting in the back but he had a hidden microphone
and speaker.) The ladies went to check out Zara while I went up a level
to a store I knew had a printer so I could print out my latest test results.
I went down to Valentina cafe and ordered a latte and
a carrot cake. (Here you don’t order a slice, they have little individually
made cakes.) I started comparing my most recent blood & urine test results
to my previous. The vitamin D and vitamin B12 results look normal and most of
the other tests look pretty much the same. We’ll see what my internista, Dr. Ricardo
Restrepo, says.
Teresa and MT joined me and Teresa ordered lattes and a
slice of yogurt cake. Later she ordered some other type of pastry. We left at
6pm, I paid the check of 81,000 pesos and we returned to Envigado.
I started watching The Little Things (6.3) on Netflix
then switched and watched the first 30 minutes of The Chris Hayes Show
on MSNBC then started reading Lee Child’s novel Past Tense (Reacher
series #23) on my Kindle.
My step counter recorded 5,622 steps today.
FUNNY
