I got up and took my shower with the only available towel and it was only later I realized it was a hand towel and Teresa had both the bath towels wrapped around her in bed.

I wasn’t going to wear a long sleeve shirt around Sabaneta & Envigado so I put the short sleeved shirt that I wore the day before and slept with (and probably on) back on.

We had breakfast in the hotel and then took a walk to and around downtown Sabaneta.

We took a taxi from Sabaneta to Bocados Bar in Envigado and left our suitcases there.  We took the metro to Aquacatala where we took a bus to Viva CC.  I took some more cash out of the ATM in Viva CC.  While Laura was taking her English lesson with Jhon the three of us had lunch at Pizza Americana followed by drinks at the corner store.

The four of us took a taxi to Envigado, left Laura there and picked up our suitcases where we found a taxi to take us to Caldas.  We bought food and drinks at Merkepaisa for 66,402 and then we found a driver to take us to the finca.  I didn’t have much confidence he would be able to get the car up the side road because it seemed to struggle on the highway.  He got us up most of the first section of the road and then it started slipping.  It was going to be dark soon so eventually we got out, paid him 15mil and then carried the suitcases up ourselves.

Look who's waiting for us.

It's the doberman.

Not too threatening after I gave him a dog biscuit.

My brother gave me all the things I had requested from the US:
Ø    A bottle of 250 Walgreens Migraine Relief coated caplets (generic version of Excedrin Migraine).
Ø    4 rolls of Scotch Tape.
Ø    Small tube of Neosporin (generic)
Ø    A package of 3” x 5” white line ruled index cards and a small box to hold them.
Ø    2 bars of Lava soap.
Ø    6-pack of individual Superglues.
Ø    Forearm Forklift (9.4’ Long x 3” Wide) Moving Straps.

This last item is a great aid to moving anything heavy, bulky, or without adequate handles.  You can go to Youtube and see a video demonstrating this great product.

Jim checked some app he had on his phone and reported that the finca is at approximately 1,720 meters (5,600 feet) above sea level.

We all sat outside for at least an hour looking at the stars in the clear night’s sky.

I still haven’t received the documents from the lawyer.

T-shirt of the day: Keep calm.
