Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets, went to bed at 10:30, fell asleep quickly, getting up once at 5:30. After a trip to the restroom I returned to bed, completed my Kegel exercises and fell back asleep, finally waking/getting up at 7am.
Once again, the street is wet so we must have had some rain
overnight.
I met Marcos in Tostao at 9:30. We talked about how
the Republican party is screwed after Tuesday’s election results. He said he
would be happy to bring me the new hardware I need; he might even need one for
himself. I gave him my opinion on training his dog Hobo not to pull on the
leash. I recommended he start working on his cardio (strengthening his heart).
He left at 10:15 and I moved to Peccatto where I had
a latte while researching the defense that Troyclough uses against me. I think
I finally figured out a solution.
Cedimed emailed me my test results but they couldn’t be
opened because I have no idea what they want for a password. I ended up going
to their website where I was able to download them.
I left the apt at 2pm and walked 25 minutes to Clinica del Campestre
at Carrera 43A #16sur-47. I told the receptionist I don’t speak much Spanish
but I would like an appointment with Dr. Ricardo Cesar Restrepo. She took me to
the appointment station and after giving the girl my personal information she got
me an appointment for this Saturday at 1pm.
I walked across the street to Frank’s Hotdogs where I
had an Oreo milkshake. I inquired but learned the owner is not a gringo.
I walked to Sao Paulo where I printed some word documents,
including my 5-page blood & urine test results. I continued on to Gardenia
Café where I had a Coke and reviewed the test results that were outside the
norm but ChatGPT gave me an answer for all of them. Everything appears okay.
I left at 4:30 and returned to the apt where I found Teresa
about to get a massage from Kelly.
I watched another couple episodes of The Diplomat
then the All In With Chris Hayes show on MSNBC.
FUNNY
