Last night I went to bed at 10pm, waking/getting up at 6:15.

We’re almost out of eggs so I guess I’ll be making a trip to the mall this morning.

I messed up the opening of my newest game against ONEIPAMETATO1453 and lost a pawn so I guess I’ll have a fight on my hands.

If I haven’t mentioned it before, for the record, my lesions are back.

I left the apt at 8:30 and on my walk to the mall I saw this sign, not for the first time

After taking this photo, I remembered I have a new camera option on google translate. I took it out and it easily translated it to this

Cool!

I had a latte in Urbania. I left at 11am and stopped in Medipiel to see if they had my skin cream on sale. As I entered, a girl greeted me and I asked if they had a promotion today. Yes, they do. I showed her the photo of my skin cream and asked if it was on sale. She looked in a drawer then disappeared into their back room. She came out and there were 5 girls standing behind the cash register for one customer who was checking out. After 5 minutes I gave up and walked out.

I took the shortcut through the garage to Exito’s back entrance, bought a large carton of eggs and returned to the apt by taxi.

Teresa and I spent the afternoon finishing the 6-episode series, The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez (8.1) on Netflix. Then we looked at the trailer for the movie Laura is currently watching called Don’t Move (5.8).

For my blog readers:

Again, I don’t “friend” just anyone on FB that suggests it but if you’re one of my readers just leave a message on my blog and I’ll be happy to friend you next time you ask.

J.W., I see no evidence of drought in Medellin. Also, I believe a single person, maybe even a couple, should be able to live comfortably here on, oh, maybe $2000-$2500 a month. I’ll ask my friend Glenn for his opinion.

  1. Terry, thank you for the tip about the Google Translate App. It will come in very handy when I relocate to Mexico. I could live the life of a muy rico gringo in Medellin!! I am fortunate, as are you, not to depend on only SS to live on. My SS payments are going to be budgeted for lots of travel South of the USA.
