I have been sleeping much better for weeks now even if I get up once during the night to pee.  Still with my cold I usually need a nap sometime during the day.

My back was weak and a little sore again this morning.  I’ve decided to continue taking the muscle relaxant pills the doctor prescribed for me.

I watched the first hour of the Today show.

I took a nap from 10:30 to 11:30.

At lunch Teresa served me a vegetable with cheese.  She asked me if I liked asparagus and I said no.  She said this is like asparagus but it isn’t asparagus.  I told her in the US we call them green beans.  Lol.

Teresa told me there were 3 young gringas in her early morning exercise class and Jose, the trainer, couldn’t keep his eyes off them.  Lol.

We were going to make a trip to Mayorista for vegetables this afternoon but at 3:15 a thunderstorm arrived.  By 4pm it was a downpour and we changed our trip to tomorrow.

I understand Teresa has a 11am doctor’s appointment so neither of us will be able to go to the gym tomorrow morning.

Joke of the day

There were four University sophomores taking chemistry and all of them had an A so far. These four friends were so confident that the weekend before finals they decided to visit some friends and have a big party. They had a great time but, after all the partying, they slept all day Sunday and didn't make it back to school until early Monday morning.

Rather than taking the final then, they decided that after the final they would explain to their professor why they missed it. They said that they visited friends but on the way back they had a flat tire. As a result, they missed the final. The professor agreed they could make up the final the next day. The guys were excited and relieved. They studied that night for the exam.

The next day the Professor placed them in separate rooms and gave them each the 100 point exam. They quickly answered the first problem worth 5 points. Cool, they thought! Each one in separate rooms, thought this was going to be easy. Then they turned the page. On the second page was written...
