Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm. I quickly fell asleep, got up once during the night, finally waking/getting up at 6:30.
Teresa was still home, obviously skipping gym this morning,
so she made breakfast.
I forgot to mention yesterday Teresa stopped in the
inexpensive jewelry store to sell her bracelets but the woman only offered
30mil for them. (The clasp alone cost 12mil.) On second thought, maybe she didn’t
want to have to say “no” so she just offered an amount she knew she would
refuse.
I left the apt at 8:15 and completed my workout in a not
busy Smartfit including 16 minutes on the treadmill with a high pulse
rate of 123 bpm.
Teresa called while I was having a latte in Ganso y
Castor. She wanted me to pick up lettuce and laundry detergent on the way
back to the apt but I didn’t have any extra cash with me. We decided in the
future I’ll take a little extra cash on gym days in case she calls because she
needs something.
The Bears Quarterback, Caleb Williams, made NFL history for
throwing the fewest interceptions in his first 1,000 pass attempts in a career.
Correction, the Bears are 1st in the NFC North
but currently only have the 2nd seed in the NFC playoffs.
I left at 10:45 and returned to the apt. The elevator was
out so I had to go up 4 flights of stairs. (Happy we don’t live on the 8the
floor.)
I took my shower then went to Ara and waited in a
long line to pay for the two items.
Back at our building I used the ramp so I’d only have to go
up 3 flights. I ran into Doyle coming down using his cane (I recall he has chronic
vertigo). He asked about my brother and I mentioned he just came back from the
wine country of California. He mentioned his wife wants to visit Napa Valley.
After lunch, about 2:30, I left the apt and walked the two
blocks to Gardenia where I had a latte while going through some chess
notes. I left at 4:45 and returned to the apt.
Jeannie, Jacob, Annie, and Rebel back home again:
I watched a couple more episodes of Downton Abbey
then started my pre-sleep routine.
Today I walked 4,952 steps; wish I could do at least that many
every day.
FUNNY
