According to my Fitbit, I got in 829 steps yesterday and last night I slept for 6 hours and 22 minutes for a sleep score of 66.
I had my first shower and change of clothes since Thursday –
felt good.
I was in and out of bed. My cold is now in the emptying my
nose and throat phase.
Teresa left about 2pm to visit her sister Vicky in the
hospital with pneumonia at Clinica Cardio Vid in Robledo. She returned about
6:30 and reported Vicky doesn’t have pneumonia, she has Vasculitis and her
condition is serious.
