Last night I went to bed at 10pm, got up once at 4am, finally waking/getting up at 7:30.
According to my Fitbit, I got in 3,409 steps yesterday and
last night I slept for 8 hours and 52 minutes for a sleep score of 87.
I left the apt just before 9am and found Smartfit not
very busy. I completed my workout reducing all the machines by 20# and only
walking 10 minutes on the treadmill.
I had a latte in Ganso y Castor for an hour and
bought milk in Ara before returning to the apt.
I left the apt at 1pm and took a Didi to Mayorca mall where
I (eventually) connected with Teresa in Parmessano. She had the salmon
with a juice while I had the chicken Cesar salad with a mango juice for a total
of 109,369 pesos ($32).
We took a taxi back to Envigado and I got out at La Bahia
while Teresa continued on to the apt. I went across the street and got in a
slow line at Banco Av Villas. I paid the apt rent then stopped at Servibanca
where I withdrew 2 million pesos, all 100s. At the Bancolombia consignacion ATM,
I made the remaining first of the month payments. I stopped in Claro and
paid Teresa’s cellphone bill.
I had a latte in Urbania for a little over an hour
then took a taxi to Ara where I bought a few groceries before returning
to the apt.
I watched the US, even though they were down a player for
the last 1/3 of the match, beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0 to advance to the
round of 16.
