Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm, got up once at 4am, finally waking/getting up at 6am.

After breakfast I set my alarm for an hour and had a nap, finally falling asleep for at least the last few minutes.

I left the apt about 8:15 and found Smartfit not as busy as usual. I completed my workout plus 18 minutes on the treadmill at a final heart rate of 131 bpm.

I finally realized I forgot to shave before heading out to the gym.

I had a latte in Ganso y Castor for about 90 minutes before returning to the apt.

The wound on my right shin has almost healed, I just need to keep it moist with petroleum jelly.

I contacted Innovation Corp and asked if I could pay my delivery fee before we leave for the DR. It’s 138,000 pesos if I deposit it in their Bancolombia account or another 5.5% if I use Paypal.

My headphones aren’t working so I need to figure out if it’s because I lost my Bluetooth connection or the battery has gone bad. They are JBL Tune 510BT headphones I purchased from Amazon on September 19, 2022. I recharged them and now they are working. I set a timer on my cellphone just in case they die out later. After an hour the headphones were still working so I turned off the timer. Maybe the headphones don’t charge when my laptop isn’t turned on?

I left the apt at 1:30 and walked to the mall. I recycled a couple pill bottles, stopped at the consignacion ATM and paid Innovation Corp 138,000 pesos for our package. I texted a copy of my receipt so they can continue with the delivery while we’re in the DR.

I had a latte in Urbania for about an hour. I stopped in Exito but they didn’t have the Greek kefir so I walked to Ara in a few raindrops and bought a bag of milk before returning to the apt.  As I entered the porteria the portero handed me a large Amazon envelope. It contained the necklace clasps Teresa ordered but now I understand they are too small for her purposes.

For supper, Teresa wanted to eat Chiclayo but wanted me to have it delivered. I tried to explain how difficult that was before – Laura placing our order and Cindy paying for it and I reimbursing her later. I had Teresa call them and I guess the payment isn’t any easier, since she didn’t pursue it further.

I received an email from Expedia confirming our travel details, giving me a Reservation Code and reminding me to complete our flight check-in 24 hours before our schedule flight.

I watched another episode of Running Man before switching to the news.

RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!

My step count total for today was 5,461 steps.
