Last night I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 2:45, finally waking/getting up at 6:15.

According to my Fitbit, got in 7,118 steps yesterday and last night slept for 7 hours and 32 minutes for a sleep score of 84, with a sleep efficiency of 94%. 😊

Marcos texted me that Johana is sick so we won’t be meeting for coffee this morning.

I left the apt at 9:15 and walked to the Gana kiosk in Metro Sur mall and paid the Movistar bill for November.

Across the street in Viva Envigado, I bought a blueberry muffin in Starbucks and found a table in a busy Urbania café. I completed another set of exercises in my chess workbook, getting 4 wrong then played a 15’10” game, losing a close game in 78 moves.

I left at 11am and walked back to the apt, exchanged some things and took a bus to Panamericana on Ave Poblado. I found a large selection of 70cm x 100cm poster boards for about 15,700 pesos each that I think will work for my genealogy chart. Maybe Saturday morning I’ll return with it and see if I can find one or two poster boards that will serve my purpose.

Outside I waited for a couple minutes for a bus to take me to Calle 7 where I met Teresa in the Boulevard restaurant. We each had the menu of the day for 35,500 pesos each. Teresa informed me the guy who rents our parking spot paid for October – December.  A storm came through while we were eating but at least it had lessened by the time we left.

We took a taxi to Santafe mall where we had drinks in Valentina’s and I froze in my shorts and sleeveless t-shirt.

We went up one level where Teresa ordered a cup of coffee ice cream. ☹

We returned to the apt by taxi and both of us thought our driver was excessively aggressive in his driving. Besides continually changing lanes, he drove about a foot behind the back of a car in front of him while going 35-40 km/hour.

With the help of ChatGPT I found a book on the new library website and downloaded another book. ChatGPT ended with, “Now you have a direct shortcut to Libby, and you can bypass the new Niles library website entirely.” by clicking on Libby in the Edge favorites. We’ll see!

Teresa got an hour massage from Kelly.

With the help of my son, I placed a $100 bet that the Bears will win the Superbowl which would win me $750.
