Last night I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 1:45, fell back asleep quickly, woke up at 5am, couldn’t get back to sleep so I got up at 5:30.
According to my Fitbit, I got in 6,213 steps yesterday and
last night I slept for 6 hours and 32 minutes for a sleep score of 80.
Glenn left me meaningless voice messages at 5:45 am and 5:47
am. Another at 6:01am where he explained he woke up and didn’t know where he
was and had a panic attack. Something about not having his medications. He
apologized for the early messages.
Teresa is going to have breakfast then meet up with her
mother. MT is back in her apt; all her tests were normal it’s just that she has
vertigo.
I left the apt at 6:30 and quickly caught a nearly full
Envigado bus to Poblado. I got off at Calle 7 and went up to the 3rd
floor to Cedimed. I paid 104,600 pesos ($30) for my PSA blood test and
was out in 30 minutes.
I caught another full Sabaneta bus back to Envigado. I had
an omelet and latte in Ganso y Castor for about 53,000 pesos. Today I caught
the squirrel searching for a peanut.
I left just after 10am and returned to the apt.
I left at 12:30 and took a Didi to Viva Envigado where I found
the ladies already at a table. MT was eating a small waffle with red berries.
Teresa ordered a shrimp dish and I a bread bowl with ground beef and cheese. The
total check came to 99,750 pesos ($28).
We went down to Cine Colombia and took a table in their
waiting area – they weren’t very busy but I learned Disclosure Day opens next
Thursday and they have ticket presales.
AJ enjoying the warm weather.
We hung out there a while and finally left at 4pm, they
bought a few groceries in Exito and we took them to MT’s apt. I ordered a Didi
and we returned to our apt.
I watched another episode of The Handmaid’s Tale, the
first half of The Chris Hayes Show then it was time for my pre-sleep reading.
A heads up, tomorrow is National Donut Day in the US.
