Last night we went to bed at 10pm, I got up once at 4am, finally waking/getting up at 7am.
It rained overnight, Teresa told me she heard it, and of the
two towels I left on the balcony to dry, one is wet and the other is soaked.
Time to find our cleaning lady and get them changed.
Wow, my calves are so tight from all the stairs yesterday
and I’ve got some red spots on my body so I guess some no-see-ums got me.
Our day basically consists of eat, sun, sleep, repeat.
Today this was broken up by my making a 10-minute trip to
the gym for a quick workout. I always forget to bring something on a trip and
this time it was a belt. I thought I put it in the suitcase but I must have
left it on the bed or something. I bought a nice wide belt in their gift store
for $48 which I was able to charge. Teresa found a woman selling swimsuits on
the beach and she bought three in different colors for $70 cash. She does look
great in them; sorry, not sharing those photos.
From about 3pm to 5pm they had a beach party in the pool. This is just a snippet:
Today I got a little burned on my front; it’s harder to find
shade on the beach than the pool.
I finished reading Lee Child’s The Wanted Man (Jack
Reacher #4) on my Kindle.
I got a draw against Troyclough lowering my rating 3 points
to 1593.
Tonight’s dinner theme was Italian night so I had some
pasta.
At 9:45 we were seated in back of the theater for their 70s &
80s show which was pretty good and I recognized almost all of the songs.
It ended at 10:30 and we went back to our room and got ready
and were in bed by 11:30.
