Last night I went to bed at 10pm, got up once at 5am, finally waking/getting up by alarm at 7:30.
I met Glenn with Bianca at Olivenza at 9am where I
filled him in on our Bogota adventures. He still has a stomach problem but all
his test results are negative and he’s trying to decide what to do next. He
just had coffee and a homemade muffin while I was there. He told me about a
faucet leak that took him 5 years to deduce and finally fix. He gave me some
advice about my VPN problem. We may pursue getting new routers for about $90
next year as he has a make and model that he had investigated.
I had calentao with scrambled eggs and 2 lattes. I left at
11am, stopped and bought 2 bags of milk before returning to the apt.
Shite. I can’t find my USAA debit card. I remember Teresa
putting it in a safer place but she’s sure she returned it to me. ☹ I finally found it in my toilet kit with my
passport. Mea culpa.
I mainly vegged out the rest of the day.
I still haven’t figured out how to turn off Nord VPN but I
did find a button that allowed me to pause it for an hour and then NFL Game
Pass (DASN) worked. 😊
On Netflix I watched the first episode of Turning Point: The Bomb and the Cold War (8.4), Carry-On (6.6), and the first two episodes of Lost (8.3).
Teresa listened to something on her cellphone then shared
her interest to go to a nearby 5:30am mass tomorrow. She’s afraid of going out
in the dark alone so she seems to have resigned herself to not going.
JUST FUNNY
Terry , sorry to hear about your VPN problems. That is the service I was going to use when I finally settle in Mexico. My plan is to now find out what VPN provider the expats in Morelia use with good results.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your VPN issues,
