I fell asleep quickly, got up once at 4am, was awakened by an Ara truck at 6am, finally waking/getting up at 6:45am.

The house was empty; Teresa told me last night she’d be out early getting a blood test.

We’ve had some rain the past few days, especially at night, so much for this not being the rainy season.

Teresa returned at 7:30 and made my breakfast.

I left at 9am and completed my workout in a not as busy as usual Smartfit.

I had a latte in Ganso y Castor until returning to the apt just before 11am.

I checkmated Mr_Blamo in 28 moves increasing my rating 3 points to 1569.

I discovered a new (?) option in Chess.com called Insights where you can get some general collective analysis of your games.

I left the apt at 2pm and didn’t get very far when I realized my iPod battery was dead. I walked to MetroSur where I paid our Movistar (internet) bill for August. A few minutes later I received an email from them that they reactivated our service.

I went across the street to Viva Envigado and made an ATM withdrawal. I stopped in Claro to pay our cellphone bills but mine isn’t ready yet, probably tomorrow, so I just paid Teresa’s.

Downstairs I had a latte in Urbania.

Arazo Nutrition emailed me that my replacement Joint Support bottles were sent by DHL and are enroute to Florida. I texted Envios Market my replacement package is on the way and when it arrives I would like everything released to Colombia.

I left at 4pm, bought a bottle of Pantene shampoo and a large carton of eggs in Exito before returning to the apt by taxi.

Troyclough resigned our most recent game on the 30^th move, increasing my rating to 1577; back to my struggle to reach 1600.

“Colombian Senator Miguel Uribe Turbay passed away early today due to complications from the gunshot wounds he suffered in the assassination attempt on June 7, during a campaign event in Bogota. He had remined hospitalized at Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota in critical condition since then.”

I informed Teresa that tomorrow will be dedicated to getting my new computer up and running. Now you’ll know the reason if I don’t post a blog report tomorrow.

I took a Zopiclona and went to bed at 10pm.
