Last night I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 2am, finally waking/getting up at 6:45.

Teresa returned at 7:15 from her gym class to make my breakfast.

Wanna Move: Yeah, sleep is very important!

My small Amazon order has shipped.

I’ve been monitoring a specific September United flight to/from Chicago and the cost is +/- $600.

I completed my workout in Smartfit, increasing the weight on each machine by 5# and adding 1 minute to my treadmill exercise.

I had a latte in Ganso y Castor for a little over an hour. I’m seeing more police in the newer blue and green uniform. I wonder if those are tasers the women are carrying. I noticed the Mexican taqueria near Los Porteños has closed permanently.

I bought a sleeve of six sesame seed bagels in Eduardo Madrid Panaderia on my way back to the apt.

I looked out on the balcony and didn’t see the little bird. I moved closer and it had moved from the far side of the planter to the near side for the first time. It was pecking at something so maybe it’s switching to solid food.

After lunch Teresa and I rested for an hour; she slept for part of the time.

I left the apt at 1:45 and stopped at the Servientrega office on Avenida Las Vegas where I returned the DirecTV cable box, cables and remote controls and he sent me a receipt by Whatsapp.

I continued on to Peccato where I had a latte while continuing with my new chess book.

I stopped in Mercado Madrid and bought a few groceries before returning to the apt.

My small Amazon order has been delivered.

Troyclough resigned our game increasing my rating to 1584.

I checked online with Arazno Nutrition and my order of 4 Joint Support bottles was delivered in Florida on June 18^th. I sent this information to Innovation Corp so we’ll see what they say.

I informed Jose I won’t be available for chess tomorrow because I need to work on my laptop but then Teresa informed me she wants to go to the Orchid and Bird show at Jardin de Botanico tomorrow.

I finished reading John Green’s Everything is Tuberculosis that my son gifted me then I found a Lee Child Jack Reacher book I haven’t read before. 😊
