Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10:15. I quickly fell asleep, got up once at 2:22am, finally waking/getting up at 6:30.
Yesterday, using a Black Friday discount, I ordered a pair
of Brooks running shoes for Jeannie for her upcoming birthday. Teresa liked the
shoes so much she chose a pair for herself.
I left the apt at 9am and walked to Ganso y Castor
where I had a latte while going over the stress test results with the
assistance of ChatGPT. Everything looks normal, at least for my age, but I should
reduce my cholesterol and want to work on strengthening my heart. I texted my
Internista, Dr. Ricardo Restrepo, letting him know I have all my test results
and asked if I should drop them off at Docs Medical Coworking under his
name.
I left at 10:45 and returned to the apt.
Sometimes, like today, Teresa literally asks me not to leave
her alone in the apt. So, I don’t go for coffee but neither do I get any steps
in.

At 6pm Teresa sent me next door to Ara to pick up
ingredients for broccoli cheddar soup. Yum.
I ordered a box of Bisquick and a container of
creatine capsules from Amazon. They will be part of the package I will release
from Florida after Teresa’s shoes arrive.
At 7:30 a downpour started.
I finished reading Lee Child & Karin Slaughter’s short
story Cleaning the Gold (Jack Reacher #24.6)
By the time I went to bed the rain had dissipated to just a
little dripping.
Today I only registered 2,518 steps.
