Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets, went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 2:45, finally waking/getting up at 6am.
It’s Halloween!
I left the apt at 8am and found Smartfit busier than
usual. Following ChatGPT’s advice I had completed 12 minutes on the treadmill
last Monday and Wednesday and today I did 13 minutes. Yes, I was tired. I
forgot to notice my pulse rate so I’ll have to remember to do that next week, with
the goal of keeping my pulse rate under 125 bpm. Next week ChatGPT suggests I
do 13 minutes on Monday, 14 on Wednesday and 15 on Friday. (Remember, all
workouts are at 4mph with a 2% incline.) If it gets too strenuous or my pulse
rate gets above 125 then ChatGPT wants me to reduce the incline slightly.
I stopped in Ganso y Castor and had a latte for about
90 minutes. The squirrel got to my peanut before I had time to set up my
camera. ☹ I noticed workers making
several trips carrying chandeliers and boxes from the nearby Fokuss
fixtures store, not sure where they were taking them. I left at 10:30 and
stopped in Ara and bought a bag of milk on my way back to the apt.
Teresa showed me a video of a woman bending over and
drinking alcohol from a shot glass through a straw. The text said she ended up
in the ICU. (That’s nature’s way of purifying the human race – by removing
stupid people doing stupid things.)
I left the apt at 2pm and the lady working the counter at Otra Parte said all they had were cold drinks or café Americano. I went in back to the restaurant and found this sign in the walkway.
Don’t know exactly what it says but it’s obvious they are
closed right now.
I walked down the block to a not busy Gardenia where
I had a latte for 10,900 pesos.
I saw something somewhere that Google can translate the voice
messages Teresa sends me on Whatsapp. After about 20 minutes going around and around
with ChatGPT it appears the Whatsapp Voice Message Transcripts aren’t yet available
for my version of Whatsapp. ☹
I left at 4pm and walked a couple blocks away to a busy Antonio’s
Gelato where I purchased a ½ liter of coconut gelato for 27,900 pesos.
I returned to the apt and Teresa was getting a massage from
Kelly.
This is a photo of Jeannie, Jacob, and Annie James (and
Rebel) dressed as a soccer player, coach, ball, and referee, respectively.
Between 6:15 and 8:15 I gave out 54 Butterfinger candy bars.
I gave up a piece to mekael965 and fought for a draw only
for him to blunder and I mated him on the 36th move. I also won a
game against Troyclough, raising my rating to 1561.
FUNNY

Good day, Terry. Thank you for all the photos!! the photo
