Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets, went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 5am, finally waking/getting up at 6:30.
I made the mistake of not asking Teresa to set out my gym clothes
before she went to take a nap. She finally got up at 9:15, I got dressed and walked
to the gym. Smartfit was busier than usual and I had to get creative
with the order of my routine. I completed 13 minutes on the treadmill but the
pulse rate meter wasn’t working but at least I didn’t feel exhausted at the
end. A Colombiana spoke to me in English. She lived in New Jersey for a while
with her daughter and she has a son in Tampa Bay.
I had a latte in Ganso y Castor but had to take a
different outside table than usual. I left at 11:15 and returned to the apt.
My daughter has had some intermittent back pain so she got
an x-ray and it appears she has a slipped disk in her spinal column. She’s going
be having some physical therapy for it.
I left the apt at 2:30, printed a page of chess notes then
had a latte in Otra Parte with Teresa possibly joining me later. She didn’t,
she was too busy working on her bracelets. I left at 5:30 and returned to the
apt.
I watched a couple more episodes of The Diplomat on
Netflix.
I finished reading Peter Attia, MD’s book Outlive: The
Science & Art of Longevity.
FUNNY
