Last night I took Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 3:45am, finally waking/getting up at 6:45. It’s raining.
Today is Laura’s 28th birthday, Happy Birthday
Laura!
I found a note on my desk with “1549” written on it. I often
leave myself notes the night before so I remember something I want to add to my
blog but today I have no idea what that means. 😊
Pretty sure it’s not a date, nor a page number.
It was still raining lightly when I left to meet Marcos in Tostao
at 9:30. He was going to put in an offer on an apt but the taxes he would pay
to sell his stocks put him out of the OFFER.
He left at 10am (it had finally stopped raining) and I
stopped in Pasteur pharmacy where I bought vitamin D capsules for Teresa
and Omega 3 capsules for myself.
Tostao wasn’t busy so I took a seat and it wasn’t
until 10:30 when Peccato opened. Teresa called and asked me to pick up
carrots, broccoli and butter on my way back to the apt. I left at 11 and
stopped in Mercado Madrid on my way back to the apt.
Teresa made cheese broccoli soup for lunch; it was delicious
and better than last time. I helped stir and later with the eating.
I chatted with Jeannie, she feels good, she saw the doctor
this morning, and they will induce labor
on Monday, September 15th if she hasn’t had the baby by then.
I left the apt at 2:30 and had a latte and glass of water in
Anamaste. I have to remember to skip this place, at least the patio, on
afternoons because the sun gets too warm.
I left at 4pm and bought a bag of milk in Ara on the
way back to the apt.
To Wanna Move: I do my cardio about 60% just past halfway
through my routine. I’m not worried about not being able to lift more weight as
at my age I’m really more in maintenance mode, just trying to put some stress
on my muscles and bones.
I watched another episode of Jack Ryan (having
trouble getting it to keep my attention).
I’m getting tired of my skin problem. Even though the
dermatologist said it’s not contagious I don’t feel comfortable holding my
granddaughter looking like this. I decided I’ll go back to the dermatologist
and see if she has any updates. I’m getting pressure from Teresa to see an
allergist or use a cream recommended by her friend’s husband who is supposedly
a doctor.
The NFL season starts tonight so I watched the first half of
Cowboys at Eagles including the spitting incident in the first 4 seconds of the
game.
I read some from my book then went to bed at 10pm.
FUNNY
