Last night I took Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 1:30, finally waking/getting up at 6:15.

I received my social security payment so all is right with the universe.

I left the apt at 8am and found Smartfit less busy than usual. I completed my workout increasing the weight on each machine to my previous maximum, except for the treadmill which I increased by a minute to 13 minutes.

I had a latte in Ganso y Castor and saw the squirrel take the peanut as I was sitting down at my table. Two dogs playing in the park:

I left at 10:15 and returned to the apt.

Following ChatGPT’s direction, I set up a MS File History backup, the first one took about 45 minutes but the future ones should be faster as they just capture changes. I set up a shortcut on my desktop called Run Backup Now that I can just double-click on every month when I want it to execute the backup to my external hard drive.

My NordVPN app keeps loading and turning on and I followed ChatGPT different attempts to keep it from turning on but we were unsuccessful and I ran out of free time so I’ll have to wait to continue another time.

Teresa called me at 12:30 and asked me to meet her at for lunch. We each had the menu of the day and the check came to 56mil (I think it was extra for Teresa’s mazzamora).

She returned to the apt and I stopped in Pasteur pharmacy where I purchased some medicine for 205,829 pesos ($51). I had a latte in Los Portenos where I briefly met Jody (Joe D?) visiting from LA. I left at 2:30 and returned to the apt.

I think I messed up with that cheap $451 flight from the other day. I think it was a flight that lands the next day.

Teresa took out the Wurden Panina Grill to make hot sandwiches but it kept setting off the GFI (ground fault) so I think it has a short in it. It hasn’t been used in a long time so maybe we stopped using it because of that problem. I found the user’s manual but being in Spanish it isn’t a big help. Saturday I’ll probably take it to Home Center and see if they can send it out to be fixed.

I watched another episode of Jack Ryan on Stremio.

We sprayed the mattress again for mites.
