Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 11pm, got up once during the night to pee and retrieve my charged cellphone, waking/getting up at 6:15 just before my 6:30am alarm.
My legs still feel fine from Sunday’s long uphill hike.
I took a Didi to Unicentro mall for 17,900 pesos. (I’m
starting to realize I can judge how bad the traffic is by how much they want to
charge me for a ride. About 20mil is pretty normal, above that is slower and
under that is faster.)
I met Jose in Santa Leña and we each had the 3 pieces
of French toast even though we both thought 2 pieces would be sufficient. I
suggested next time one of us order the 1 piece and the other the 3 piece and
we just move one piece to the other’s plate.
I had the Black pieces in the first game and he got an
attack but with one pawn move I threatened checkmate and he had to sacrifice a
rook for a pawn and it was an easy win for me after that. 😊
I had the White pieces in the second game and was winning in
the endgame but misplayed it and ended up losing. ☹
What frosts me is I was ahead on time so why was I in a hurry?
It was exactly 2pm when we finished.
I stopped at the Exito kiosk to pay my Movistar bill
but the girl was out to lunch. (Jose warned me that she’s usually out to lunch
from 2pm to 3pm.)
I returned to Viva Envigado in fairly heavy traffic for 21,000
pesos.
I had my usual granola and yogurt lunch in Pergamino.
Down in the banking area I put 80,000 pesos in Rob’s account for Medellin TV. I
was having a latte in Urbania when Teresa called and asked me to pick up
some green apples for her in Ara.
I left at 4:30 and took a taxi to Ara where I
purchased a bag of milk for me and 5 green apples for Teresa.
I dropped everything off at the apt and walked to the Gana office
where I paid the Movistar bill of 64,393 pesos. I stopped in Eduardo
Madrid and they had fresh bagels 😊.
I bought a sleeve of 6 sesame seed bagels and a slice of carrot cake for us to
share later and returned to the apt.
Kelly showed up at 6:15 to give Teresa a massage.
The portero stopped by and dropped off our epm bill
of 389,287 pesos ($99).
I watched another episode of Hostage on Stremio,
watched some news on IPTV, then started my pre sleep routine.
FUNNY
