Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm, got up once at 6:10am, finally getting up with Teresa at 6:45.

Today I turned 80 years old. (Not sure how that happened. I think I should demand a recount!) But, then again, I eat good, exercise, sleep good and I feel good – for my age.

I left the apt at 8:30 and completed my workout in Smartfit.

I had a latte in an unusually quiet Ganso y Castor. I put my last acorn in the tree for the squirrels. Later I saw one grab it and another chase the first trying to get it. 😊

I left at 10:30 and returned to the apt.

I took a quick look at Airbnbs for September 9th - 23rd, 2016 and found one in Glenview for $2,301 and one in Morton Grove for $2,082. That’s about what I paid for a month back in June/July so maybe I can find something a little less expensive. Location, location, location!

We left the apt at 11:45 and took a Didi to Arkadia mall. Teresa went into the clinic but soon returned with the news she has to go to Envigado’s City Plaza mall to request her doctor’s appointment.

We easily found an outside table in Crepes & Waffles. Teresa had the salad bar and a juice while I ordered a waffle with red berries and ice cream. (I had asked the waitress if it was an entire waffle and was told its quarters on top of quarters but of course it was only 2 quarters not 4.)

I also had a glass of water and the check was 60,950 pesos ($16).

We stopped in Decathalon where Teresa bought an exercise band for her Pilates class and I bought a hand exerciser to improve my grip strength.

Teresa had a discount coupon and bought something in Medipiel. We stopped in Percimon and had frozen yogurt with all the fixings but I have to keep a future eye on her because she ordered no sugar for both of us.

Teresa checked out H&M while I made a trip to the restroom.

We went across the street to Pricesmart and purchased 900,387 pesos ($232) of groceries but they didn’t have chicken breasts.

When we returned to the apt the elevator seemed to be stuck on the 1st floor so I went up and it was being worked on. The workers said it would be 5 minutes and I returned to the basement and informed Teresa. It was only a couple minutes later that the elevator arrived and we wheeled om our cart and went up to our apt.

I drew Troyclough lowering my rating to 1540.

I watched more news than usual on MSNBC then read some from my book before going to bed.

FUNNY
