Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets, went to bed at 10:30, woke up at 6am, took half an Excedrin for a slight headache, finally getting up at 6:15.
There’s a light rain here but I feel good so I’m planning on
meeting Jose for chess.
I thought with only a 11,400-peso charge for my Didi to
Unicentro traffic would be good but it was still slow. Electric signs over the
highway reports over 200 motorcyclists and 72 pedestrians have lost their lives
this year. I met Jose in Santa Leña and he ordered an egg casserole and
I the 3 pieces of French toast plus I mistakenly added 2 sausages. I was
thinking of breakfast sausages but these were large and I didn’t even like
them. Now I know not to order them in the future. My check came to 38,115
pesos, including tip.
I had the Black pieces in the first game and it was very
close but I managed to prevail in 60 moves. It was 12:15 already.
Several times while we were playing I got a cramp in a
finger, more than a cramp the finger hyperextended. It’s happened to me before
but not as often as today; I wonder if it has something to do with the hand
exerciser I used yesterday.
I had the White pieces in the second game and it went 67
moves and I prevailed again but it was now 3:15 when we finished and I took a
Didi to Viva Envigado.
I had my usual granola with yogurt and acai berries in Pergamino.
I went down to the banking area but only 2 of the 4 special
ATMs were working so I had to wait in line a few minutes. I paid the Medellin
TV bill of 80mil.
In Exito I purchased AAA batteries, hamburger buns,
eggs, and Gum flossers. I didn’t have much cash left so I paid with my Capital
One debit card.
I returned to the apt by taxi and found Teresa getting a
massage from Kelly.
I watched another episode of Designated Survivor then
some news.
FUNNY
