Last night I took my Diphenhydramine and Zopiclona tablets and went to bed at 10pm, got up once during the night, again when Teresa got up at 5am to go to the gym, finally waking/getting up at 6:45.
At 7:30 Teresa left me a voice message that she’s in eps to
pick up her monthly medication. I understand Smartfit has changed their
class schedule so she won’t be going to Mayorca today.
I ran a backup to my external hard drive and was amazed how
quickly it went.
I left the apt at 8:45 and found Smartfit less busy
than usual. I completed my workout without having to alter the order of the
machines.
I had a latte in Ganso y Castor for about an hour.
I’ve noticed my cardio is worsening as I get older so I asked ChatGPT for
advice. It gave me many options but I think I’ll go with adding a 1% elevation
to my treadmill routine. I also inquired about a device I have called an Expand-A-Lung
and it reported it an be useful just start very light (lowest resistance setting
with short sessions).
I received a voice mail message from USAA Fraud Prevention
dept to call them ASAP. I called then and they had blocked my card due to my
attempt to put $ in a Doordash account for my daughter. I got my debit card
unblocked, updated my personal information and started the process of adding
Teresa as the beneficiary on my account.
I received 2 bills from Alcala for apt rent, each for
1,500,000 pesos. 😊
I’ll pay that this afternoon.
After lunch we had some thunderstorms come through so I’m
going to delay my trip to the mall until tomorrow. Marcos texted me that
tomorrow is Yom Kippur so we won’t be meeting for coffee anyway.
I spent about an hour with ChatGPT debugging why my iPod
doesn’t work correctly and finally figured out the earbuds are bad. It even
recommended earbuds I can purchase here in Colombia or on Amazon.
I watched Shooter (7.1) on Netflix.
FUNNY
