Last night I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly, got up once at 2:45 but quickly fell back asleep, finally waking/getting up at 6am.
According to my Fitbit, I got in 5,967 steps yesterday and
last night I slept for 6 hours and 59 minutes for a sleep score of 81 and a
sleep efficiency of 94%. 😊
I left the apt at 8:15 and stopped first at our local Gana
store but Movistar was still out of service. I walked to the Gana
store in Metrosur but Movistar wasn’t working there either. I went across the
street to Viva Envigado and withdrew 2,000,000 pesos (unfortunately this time
all 100s). Downstairs I had a latte in Urbania and Marcos soon joined
me. He bought their tickets to Europe for next year and it cost almost $2000.
I left at 11am, stopped in Exito to buy a few
vegetables and walked back to the apt.
Lunch today was turkey breast with gravy 😊 and a large salad.
I left at 2:30 and had a limonada de coco in Gardenia
for about 90 minutes continuing with my chess book.
Well, yesterday’s swimming lesson with Annie didn’t go to well. This is the first time she went underwater and…
I don’t think she liked it.
Back at the apt, portero John handed me an Amazon package
that contained Teresa’s shoe sole supports and our new red luggage tags.
I called USAA Card Benefit Services and, unfortunately,
inclement weather is not covered for our trip interruption. ☹
I stayed up and watched the White Sox lose 9-3 to the
Cleveland Guardians. ☹
I only had a few minutes of my pre-sleep reading before
going to bed at 10pm.
