Last night I went to bed at 10pm, got up once during the night, waking at 5:15 and getting up at 5:45.

So last Saturday I bought a new package of pads. They were still Tena brand but they weren’t labeled Dia or Noche like before, these were called “discreet” with a lowercase “d”. While before they were basically shaped like a triangle and I cut them in half into a smaller triangle and the other half was a misshapen rectangle, these are shaped more like a rectangle. The whole size is smaller but at least they are much easier to cut exactly in half. I just need to make sure I position them correctly in my undershorts.

I left the apt at 7:45 and on the way to Smartfit encountered a squirrel waist high with a bunch of grass in its mouth; I’m guessing it’s time for a bedding change. I arrived at Smartfit to find it closed and a group of people waiting outside. They opened 5 minutes later and I completed my workout, adding 5# to the Abdominal Crunch and the Back Extension and increasing the treadmill to 17 minutes.

In Olivia workers were working on the floor.

I had a latte in Ganso y Castor, returning to the apt at 10am.

We left the apt at 11:30, took a Didi and picked up MT and continued on to El Tesoro mall.

The ladies did some shopping in H&M then we had lunch in Il Forno (the restaurant Teresa recently discovered 😊) for 171,209 pesos ($42). I tried something new called Cartoccio Bolonesa which was good, and since it just came out of the oven, very hot.

The ladies did some more shopping in H&M and I think Teresa exchanged blouses.

We had lattes in Valentina’s with a crookie that I ate most of.

Teresa said she needs to check something in Medipiel but she wondered where it is. I told her it’s on the first floor right around the corner from Zara. I told her I know where Zara & Medipiel are in every mall in Medellin. It turned out to be exactly where I said it was but it was on the 2nd floor. ☹ My bad.

She bought some skin cream on sale for 69,000 pesos ($17).

I drew a game against Troyclough and won a game against chesswiz98 and my rating is now 1558.

Jose notified me he won’t be available for chess tomorrow. Teresa already has plans for tomorrow so I plan on seeing Mission Impossible – Final Reckoning (7.5) in the afternoon.

The ladies looked for shoes for MT but didn’t find anything.

We returned to Envigado by taxi but got out at Viva Envigado, which was much busier than I expected, much busier than El Tesoro.

I passed a Samsung kiosk and made a point of checking the price of the Galaxy A56 5G and it was about $525.

While the ladies went looking for shoes, I had an oreo milkshake in Urbania.

When they returned, I paid for my drink, we quickly got a taxi outside, dropped MT off by La Bahia and continued on to our apt.
