Last night I went to bed at 10:30, fell asleep quickly, got up once during the night, finally waking/getting up at 6:30.
Since I had to go to Viva Envigado anyway, I told Teresa
to relax and I would have breakfast there.
I left the apt about 8am and walked to the mall. I recycled
a couple plastic bottles upstairs and made a trip to the ATM. I had my usual
breakfast at Habia Una Vez. In Bancolombia after a short wait I paid the
city tax on the finca. At the pharmacy “inside” Exito I bought a thermometer
and some Vitamin C capsules for Teresa. I had some pages printed at Auros
then paid for the utility and wifi bill outside at Baloto.
Back inside the mall I paid the cellphone bills at Claro
then had a café con leche in Todo Fresa. I stopped briefly in H&M
looking for a robe and the salesman informed me I could find them in their El
Tesoro location.
Now all the bills are paid for the month although I’m
still waiting for a Direct TV bill.
In Exito bought a large bottle of Clorox and returned
to the apt by noon.
I gave Teresa the Vitamin C capsules and she told me she
wanted the kind the lozenges. I recall there were bags of them right in front
of me at the counter. I told her I would take the capsules since I’m getting
over a cold.
Rain started about 2:30 but only lasted about 20
minutes.
I understand MT got her first vaccination shot today.
Teresa got a hankering for a snack so she called the
bakery whose sugar cookes Marcos recommended and they delivered 4 pastel de
guayabas for 12mil.
Teresa beat me in parcheesi today 4 games to 3.
We had more rain in the evening.
