We couldn’t catch Peter last night to lock him in the shed
so Teresa put Tony in there instead.
Anyway, with Luna and Peluche also locked away, we didn’t hear any dogs
barking this morning.
At 12:15 it started raining but it stopped 5 minutes later. It started again at 2pm so we took a nap
until 3:30. We were going to go to the
Prado clinic today but we’ll be postponing it because of the rain.
I received the following email from the US Embassy in Bogota:
Multiple media outlets are reporting that a nation-wide general strike planned by public and
private sector workers on March 17 may cause
significant traffic delays and disruptions and also negatively effect services
such as hospitals and public transportation throughout Colombia. The U.S. Embassy
recommends U.S.
citizens and their family members prepare for these disruptions.
Later on the news we saw that there were planned strikes or
protests in Bogota, Barranquilla
and Medellin. In Medellin
they specifically mentioned one would be between Caldas and the highway.
We started watching The
Sum of all Fears (6.4) on Netflix.
T-shirt of the day: Chicago.
