Last night I took a Zopiclona and went to bed at 10:30, got up three times during the night, waking/getting up at 6:55.
My back still feels good.
I left the apt at 8:30 and completed my usual back
streets then cut through La Buena Mesa to our apt complex. I went to the gym
where I found a young man on an exercise cycle and a young lady on a treadmill.
I did a few leg extensions and leg curls and returned to the apt.
We had a 45-minute nap before lunch.
I watched Critical Thinking (6.4) on TV.
I had my 2-hour chess lesson from 2:30 to 4:30. (We
had a quick storm come through about 3pm.)
I beat Teresa today in parcheesi 6 games to 4.
I got Teresa to start watching the TV series The Queen’s
Gambit. We finished the first 2 episodes and so far she liked it very much.

Joke of
the day
Plumber: “Why haven’t you paid the bill for the
work I did last Friday”?
Paddy: “Well it wasn’t what you quoted.”
Plumber: “I gave you a quote?”
Paddy: Yes you did! When I asked what day you could come you said
you were free on Friday!”
