Last night I went to bed at 10:30, fell asleep quickly, got up once during the night, put a blanket over my sheet, quickly fell back asleep, finally waking/getting up at 6am.
I emptied the ice container and replaced it. In the
instruction manual it says you can turn on/off the ice maker by simply pressing
“ice maker”. I found it on the refrigerator door but it didn’t work. Then I saw
the “lock” button, pressed and held it for 3 seconds to unlock it, pressed the
“ice maker” button to turn off the ice maker, then pressed the “lock” button
again. Voila!
I left the apt at 9am and walked to the used bookstore
where I exchanged paperbacks for 2mil. I stopped at Exito to buy carrots
and broccoli. While having coffee at Parva Nobraskja texted me that I
have a package to be delivered this afternoon for 26,200 pesos. I returned to
the apt and left 30mil in an envelope marked Envios Market with the
portero.
We had some real strong thunder come through starting
about 2:30 with a little rain.
I beat Teresa in parcheesi today 4 games to 1.
I picked up my package and it was just one of two
identical items I ordered for Teresa from Amazon. ☹
