Last night I slept pretty well having only gotten up once
during the night.
This morning the sky is mostly sunny.
I did my 18 exercises plus some sit-ups today in 2 hours and
10 minutes.
Among new US movie releases there isn’t anything I want to
see. Locally, I would like to see The Lost City of Z (7.1) playing at Premium
Plaza and Vizcaya at 2:55pm.
Teresa and I took a nap from 2:15 to 3:15.
At 3:30 I heard thunder out east but it didn’t develop into
anything.
At 4pm I looked outside the bedroom window and saw the large
half moon overhead.
I ordered 2 bottles of Mega Men Prostate & Virility from
GNC as I’m running low on Centrum.
T-shirt of the day: I’m not a gynecologist but I’ll take a
look.
