Recovery Day #120!

Last night I went to bed at 10pm, got up once about 1:3am, woke up just after 6am, put in my eyedrops, did my Kegel exercises, then got up at 7am.

I left the apt at 9:30. At the Pasteur pharmacy I bought a bag of cotton balls for Teresa and a small (10 tablets) box of Zopiclona to tide us over until next month. Comparing prices, the 10 tablets at Pasteur cost 15,770 and 30 tablets at Todo Drogas cost 15,900.

At Parva I bought a pan sano (integral) to go and had a café con leche while reviewing my Dutch Defense notes. (No problem sitting inside today.)

On the way back to the apt I observed men putting up Christmas decorations:

We had a thunderstorm come through between about 2:15 and 3:15.

Teresa told me she wanted to go to Gloria’s for pizza tonight. I am okay with that.

All I could manage was a draw by repetition with the White pieces against Angry_Horse, the 1452 rated Russian, losing 2 points down to 1550.

Teresa told me Esmeralda is coming over to pick up some old clothes Teresa wants to give away. I asked if she wants to join us for pizza. I understand Alejandro is with her so we will all be going out for pizza.

They arrived about 6:30 and she drove us to Antica Pizza. We each had a slice of pizza (Alejandro had 2), I drank a Mr. Tea, Alejandro a Hatsu and the total came to 58mil ($15). We returned to the apt and Esmeralda picked up a bag of Teresa’s unwanted clothes before leaving.

 

The New York Times’ 7-day average of new daily infections and deaths has the US with 76,496 ð 75,498 ð 73,896 new cases and 1,532 ð 1,509 ð 1,504 new deaths.

Per Medellin Guru, as of yesterday, Colombia has a total of 1,224 ð 1,498 ð 1,772 new cases with 21 ð 28 ð 35 new deaths. Medellin has 226 ð 221 ð 262 new cases from October 21^st to 22^nd. Envigado has 14 ð 7  ð 16 new cases from October 21^st to 22^nd.
