Recovery Day #102!
Last night I went to
bed at 10pm, got up at 2:30, couldn’t fall back asleep, got up at 3am, read a
little and went back to bed at 3:45. I got up again at 6:15, put in my
eyedrops, did my Kegel exercises while still in bed, finally getting up at 8:15am.
I heard that Daniela’s
surgery is over, and her tumor was benign so she didn’t have cancer. (Most
likely a communication mistake between Teresa and I rather than a diagnostic one.)
Teresa ordered lunch
from Asados Rogelio and I picked it up.
I had Teresa call TecnoMedica
(444 9870; 320 9320; 310 826 5981; Domicilio, Ext. 115, Op. 2) and order me a
TENS 3000 for 185,400 pesos, delivered.
Something I forgot to
mention yesterday. While Glenn and I were waiting at the gas station to catch a
taxi I noticed something unusual in the sky; just above the tree line were 2
identical “somethings”. I would best describe each of them as 2 dots with a
single straight line connecting them vertically. And for the minute or two that
I saw them they didn’t move at all. Drones? Best I can guess but usually drones
as more squarish and they move.
Teresa beat me in
parcheesi 2 games to 1.
Just before 6pm the
delivery man arrived with my machine. It’s manufactured in Ohio and the directions
are in English. Yay! I’ll check that out tomorrow.
I finished season 2 of Yellowstone.
Very good series!
