Recovery Day #83!
Last night I went to
bed at 10pm, got up 4 times to go to the toilet, woke again at 6:15, went to
the toilet, put in my eyedrops, did my Kegel exercises and dropped back off to
sleep getting up at 7:45.
Teresa wanted to go to
Pricesmart this morning. Still not having bought any milk I walked to the
mall, had breakfast at Habia Una Vez, called Teresa and she met my taxi
outside the porteria.
At Pricesmart
Teresa picked up a number of things but I didn’t get anything special for
myself this time. She had lunch there and I got a chicken salad to eat back in
the apt. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a taxi to return us to the apt.
I’m watching a new limited
TV series called Clickbait (7.3) on Netflix.
I beat the North Korean
CoastalChip in the endgame increasing my rating to 1581.
Teresa informed me that
today is Dia de Amor y Amistad (Day of Love and Friendship).
I don’t think we’ve had
rain since my brother left a week ago.
The
New York Times’ 7-day average of new daily infections and deaths has the US
with 150,366 ð 148,816 ð 148,252 new cases and 1,969 ð 1,992 ð 2,011 new deaths.
Per
Medellin Guru, as of yesterday, Colombia has a total of 1,484 ð 1,544 ð 1,655 new cases with 29 ð 44 ð 34 new deaths. Medellin has
231 ð 232 ð 262 new cases from September 17th to 18th. Envigado has
6 ð 19 ð 6 new cases from September 17th to 18th.
