Recovery Day #18!
Last night I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep quickly
and didn’t wake/get up until 5:15. I changed my AD, had a sip of water and
returned to bed, finally waking/getting up at 7:15.
Teresa left just before 8am for her gym class.
A quote I saw on my Pigskin Hub - Bears app:
“Diehard Bears fan who was shot, seriously wounded: ‘I can’t die before seeing
Justin Fields take the field’.” 😊
I had the same thought before my surgery.
At 9:30 I washed my upper half, shaved, dressed and
walked to Parva. I had coffee for a little over an hour, stopped at the
little market and bought 2 bags of milk before returning to the apt.
I watched more episodes of season 8 of Alone.
Another day of a high of 80 degrees.
We had 1-hour overlapping naps in the afternoon with
Teresa going first.
I’m so glad I don’t have a Chase account because every
few months I receive a notice of “Unauthorized Access” to my account. 😊
Teresa left at 4pm to get a manicure/pedicure. She
doesn’t have an appointment, so I don’t expect her to return any time soon.
I was in a losing position to Troyclough but he made
some inferior moves and now I think I have the advantage.
Teresa returned at 7:30 (just in time for her Desafio
program) with a fresh manicure/pedicure.
About 9:15 a downpour started.
I just received an email security alert from Bank
of America. Another bank I don’t have an account with.
It was still raining when I went to bed.
The
New York Times’ 7-day average of new daily infections and deaths has the US
with 26,494 ð 28,315 ð 30,702 new cases and 283 ð 279 ð 272 new deaths.
Per
Medellin Guru, as of yesterday Colombia has a total of 4,565,372 ð 4,583,442 ð 4,601,335 new cases with 114,337 ð 114,833 ð 115,333 deaths. Medellin has
374,390 ð 375,562 ð 376,794 cases, an increase of 1,212 cases from July 15th to 16th.
Envigado has a total of 28,116 cases, an increase of 40 from July 15th
to 16th.
