Bruce returned my 2 16-gb flash drives filled with photos he
took of the trip. There’s more than
1,000 photos here so its going to take some time go through.
We walked to the metro and got off at station Universidad
and walked a couple blocks to the University
of Antioquia.
We found building 22 with their bookstore
where some of us bought souvenirs.
We took the metro to Poblado station, walked up Calle 10 and stopped for an Empanada snack. We continued up the hill through Parque Pablado,
I stopped at MBE to pick up my mail and we took a bus the remaining way to Santafe CC where the ladies did a little
shopping.
We took taxis to Parque Lleras and walked around a
little. Jim and Bruce found souvenir
t-shirts at Hooters. This is the first
time I could say that the girls working there looked attractive to me.
We met Laura at Triada and then we all went to Ay Caramba for dinner. We got a large table upstairs next to the
railing with a good view of the park. I
and a few others had their chicken fajitas.
Laura’s girlfriend Cindy joined us for a few minutes and finished some
of the uneaten chicken fajitas.
